There were air conditioning, a mini-bar, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, enjoyed that. The bed was nice; and there was a bathtub.
Nothing!

Quiet atmosphere, however some people working here are not very friendly. The breakfasts are savoury with a great selection of options. The service is very good with free parking available and good meals.
Nothing not to love.

Excellent room, computer and free Internet in room, helpful staff, cheap price, tasty breakfast, comfy bed, cool design of room and bathroom. Actually I liked absolutely everything, I even stayed there longer then planned. And the location also is ok, very easily reachable both from the train station and also from the airport (as airport bus takes you to the train station, which is 4 metro stations from the hotel).
I liked everything

I liked the hotel because it was based within the working class area so you got to experience Ukrainian life first hand. It was lovely to see the children playing in the park next door and families eating dinner 'al fresco'. The outside and stairwells of the hotel are somewhat 'rustic' but once you get into the corridors and rooms I was pleasantly suprised at the decor. The computer and free wi-fi was a fantastic touch which kept me in touch with friends and family whilst in Kiev on my own.

The room has convenient coffee/tea making facilities, a multi-channel TV, and a functional writing desk, with a pleasant view of the inner courtyard, and the peaceful location is great for dining options beyond the cafe.

The food was delightful. the staff was affable and very very helpful. - the location was peaceful and amazing in a residential area, close to cafes, the nearby Nyvky metro station, and the center of Kyiv. - Svyatoshynskyj district was definitely worth visiting. - the venue exceeded all expectations, I would love to go back.

Clean comfortable rooms, computer in room with free internet, fantastic shower system, it definatley a budget hotel for the backpacker type...do not be put off by the exterior of hotel, the rooms are actually fine, its a 20 minute walk to metro which takes 15 mins to city centre
The area hotel is located in could put you off, its in the middle of a park with potholes the size of craters on the road on way in, it surronded by dilapadated looking tower block style buildings, the hotel is still having a lot of work done on it to get it ready for euro 2012 next year and the enterance and stair case leading to the rooms could put you off, I arrived here with a group of 10 students who were not happy arrivng at hotel but luckily the showers and free internet made up for it, no real facilties

Good place if you want to see the real ukrainian working class environment, cause that´s where the hotel is located. If you know how to travel by bus and metro you can make it to the city centre in little more than half an hour.

Hotel is good value for money, clean and with new fixtures and fittings in the rooms. Kettle and personal computer in room are excellent facilities. Room was quiet. Manager and staff friendly and helpful. Although location is away from central Kyiv, Nivki is an interesting and seemingly safe area with a wonderful local market a short walk from hotel, which is near a park frequented by many families. Centre is 30 minute walk (or 5 minutes on crowded buses) to Nivki metro station, then only 10 minutes to the big tourist attractions.
